Returns and Refunds
Valentina Milano's aim is to guarantee you complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, the products you received are not to your taste, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the package.
We inform you that the products purchased cannot be replaced and, therefore, if you wish to change the purchased item, you can make a return in the ways and terms described here. Then you can then proceed with a new order.
If you want to change the size, you will have to start a return of the wrong size pair of shoes and proceed with the purchase of the correct size with a new order.
HOW TO START A RETURN

In EU AND UK countries the return is free!

write us the reasons of the return, we will arrange the collection at your address.
HOW TO PREPARE THE PACKAGE
1. Once the return procedure started, the courier will send you an email with the pick-up date.
2. Use the same cardboard we sent to you.
3. Insert the products that are intact, unused and complete with original packaging (envelopes or cardboard boxes), take care not to remove the anti-shoplifting.
4. Close the carton carefully.
5. It is not necessary to print any label, for monitoring just use the ID provided by the courier.
N. B. Products that are not intact, used, without original packaging will not be refunded. In this case, we may charge you the direct costs of recovering the products or cancel the refund procedure.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE RETURNED GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED?
As soon as we receive the goods you have returned, we will notify you by e-mail.
If you have correctly carried out the return procedure and promptly returned the product, we will refund the amount paid as soon as the product has been returned to us and we have verified it, using the same payment method you used.
The refund takes place approximately within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you provide us with proof that you have sent the products and, in any case, always after a careful verification of the returned products. The money will be visible in the account according to the bank times.
During the holidays, the normal time of collection of the return and verification by the warehouse may be subject to slight delays.
