Do I have to create an account to buy?
You can check out as a guest customer without creating an account. However, if you choose to generate an account you will always be updated about promotions and offers.
How can i pay for my order?
We accept major debit and credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments with PayPal.
I need to change my order. How can I do?
Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to make changes with automatic procedures. If you wish to make changes, please contact our team via e-mail; we will do our best to help you!
How can i cancel my order?
Since the entire sales process is automated, you will need to contact our team via email to request the cancellation of your order. The request will however depend on the status of the order. If the latter has entered the shipping process and is at check out we will not be able to fulfill your request. The data transmission times to our warehouse are very fast, therefore, we will be able to cancel the order only in the event of non-delivery.

Why does the item i want have a pre-order label? What is a pre-order?
The pre-order allows the booking of an item in production, but temporarily not available in stock. With the pre-order you are awarded the product assignment, for more info please consult the dedicated page.
